Renewable update to this 1990’s apartment
Humphrey & Crockett Ltd were approached to install an air source heat pump in Southampton. The existing apartment had night storage heaters throughout which were hard to control, unsightly and costly to run.

After the initial meeting, it was decided to install a retrofit Cosyfloor underfloor heating system throughout the downstairs with oversized radiators on the upper floor.
We attend site and installed promptly. Being by the coast a BlyGold rust treatment was added to the heat pump to ensure the life span of the product. Again installation at 5% VAT and a 7-year renewable heating incentive from the government.
Overall this project shows you what we can achieve. The underfloor heating adds value and benefits this property, making it an appealing option for future buyers.
